Step into the spooky skies with the Valley RC Flyers at our annual Haunted Flights event! This one-of-a-kind experience will feature thrilling flight demonstrations by more than 30 pilots and over 100 RC aircraft. Whether you're a seasoned RC pilot, a hobby enthusiast, or just looking for a unique family-friendly event, there’s something for everyone.

Event Highlights:

• All-Day Flying: Pilots will be in the air all day long, showcasing their skills and aircraft in various demonstrations and group flights. From aerobatic stunts to Halloween-themed planes, you’ll see a wide variety of flying styles.

• Training Flights: Curious about RC flying? We’ll have training aircraft available! Simply find a pilot, and they will direct you to an event organizer who can set you up with a flight instructor. It’s a great way to experience flying for the first time!

• Night Flying: When the sun goes down, the excitement ramps up! Starting at sundown, watch as planes equipped with dazzling lighting effects take to the skies for a truly eerie and spectacular night flying experience.

• Halloween-Themed Pilots & Aircraft: Some pilots and their planes will be decked out in Halloween costumes and decorations, adding a festive flair to the day.

• Spectator Viewing: The best time to catch exciting flight demonstrations and group activities is between 12 PM and 3 PM. During this time, you’ll see the most action in the air, including some of the day’s most skilled performances.

• Weather Dependent: Please note that all activities will be subject to weather conditions.

 

Event Details for Spectators:

• Free Admission: The event is open to all, and there’s no charge for spectators or pilots.

• No On-Site Meals: There will be no food or meals provided on-site, so plan accordingly.

• Bring Lawn Chairs: Spectators are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs, as seating is not provided. You’ll want a comfortable spot to enjoy all the action!

Schedule of Events:

• 10 AM: Pilots Meeting – Kick off the day with a briefing for all pilots.

• All Day: Open flying throughout the day with various demos and Halloween-themed flights.

• 12 PM to 3 PM: Prime viewing time for spectators. You’ll catch some of the day’s most exciting action here.

• Sundown: Night flying begins – Don’t miss this thrilling display of RC planes lit up with spooky and dazzling lighting effects!
